After more than 20 years interviewing candidates, I noticed the same patterns over and over. Talented people had the right experience but struggled to communicate their place and value in the market. Then the market changed.
Experience no longer opened doors by itself. It became evidence before opportunity. That shift led me to what I call The Prove-It Economy.
Interview Studio is my first step toward helping experienced professionals make that proof easier to see.
