The shift

Hiring managers aren't just evaluating what you say. They're looking for evidence.

Every question is an attempt to understand how you think, what you've done, and what you'd bring to the role. Interview Studio helps you build that evidence — starting from the resume you already have.

The founder

Why I built Interview Studio

After more than 20 years interviewing candidates, I noticed the same patterns over and over. Talented people had the right experience but struggled to communicate their place and value in the market. Then the market changed.

Experience no longer opened doors by itself. It became evidence before opportunity. That shift led me to what I call The Prove-It Economy.

THEN
Claim → Opportunity → Proof
NOW
Claim → Proof → Opportunity

Interview Studio is my first step toward helping experienced professionals make that proof easier to see.

More on the Prove-It Economy →
What changed on the other side of the table

Hiring managers stopped taking the resume at its word. The claim now has to survive the room, and most strong candidates have never been trained for that part.

Why round two is where strong candidates lose — and what it's actually testing.

Voice-enabled practice

It's not about the question. It's what your answer reveals.

The best answers are already in your head. Practice questions are not the problem. The problem is that what sounds good isn't always the answer a hiring manager is looking for.

Interview Studio is built around real hiring manager intent, and recommends a framework based on what's actually being evaluated.

Train. Measure. Improve. Repeat.

Every answer is an opportunity to improve.

Every practice session includes coaching on the answer you just gave — what landed, what didn't, and what to do about it.

Where to put the next reps
Interview simulations

The closest thing to the real interview.

Spoken and timed, by round. The interviewer picks the questions, follow-ups adapt to what you actually said, and no feedback arrives until you're done — because that's how real interview rounds work.

Round 3 is technical, so it's built from the role you're targeting. Add the job description and your questions are generated from it.

Spoken Adaptive follow-ups No hints Timed Multi-round Round 3 from your job description

Simulations are scheduled into your plan, so you rehearse under pressure before interview day — not on it.

A personalized training plan

You'll love it when a plan comes together.

Set your interview date and Interview Studio builds a training plan around it — the whole run-up, day by day, down to what you practice this morning. Even a simulation can count toward it, or stay off the books when you just want the reps.

Why not just use a chatbot

Interview Studio is different.

“Interview questions and answers” is one of the most searched topics online. Everyone is reading the same ones.

Memorizing them makes you sound like everyone else — exactly what you don't want in a room where the whole question is why you.

Interview Studio is a hands-on training platform, not just a place to rehearse answers. You leave with skills you carry into every interview after this one.

A borrowed answer never sounds like you, because it isn't. A hiring manager can tell.

Who it's for

For experienced professionals starting a new chapter.

“I know I'm good at this. I just haven't had to say it out loud in years.”

You've been doing this a while

You've built a track record you're proud of, and your last real interview is further back than you'd like to admit.

“Everything I've done counts. It just doesn't sound like it does here.”

You're changing direction

The experience is real, but it's written in the language of the field you're leaving rather than the one you're moving into.

“I led people through worse than this. How do I say that in ninety seconds?”

You're coming out of service

You led people and delivered under pressure, and now you have to say what that means to a hiring manager who has never worn the uniform.

Questions

Before you start.

Isn't this just ChatGPT with a nicer interface?+

A chatbot leads you to an answer. Interview Studio teaches you how to think about the question, so you can surface your own experience with the specificity a general-purpose model doesn't have. A memorized answer doesn't stick, and it doesn't sound like you, because it isn't you — a hiring manager can tell. It works from your own stories, recommends a framework based on what the interviewer is actually testing, and runs spoken, timed rounds with follow-ups you can't predict.

Do I need my answers prepared before I start?+

Start with the experiences you already have — that's the point. Story Bank turns them into material, and Why You finds the themes that connect them. You can also add your resume and let it draft the first pass for your review.

My interview is in three days. Is it too late?+

Set your interview date and the training plan adjusts to the time you have. A three-day plan is denser than a three-week one, but you'll know exactly what to do each day and you'll still get a simulation in before the real thing.

I'm changing careers. Does it still work?+

That's one of the strongest use cases. The work is translating experience out of the language of the field you're leaving and into evidence the hiring manager in your new field recognizes.

Do I need Positioning Studio too?+

Both are designed to work on their own, and they do different jobs. We believe in the right tool for the right job. If you're interviewing, get Interview Studio. If you're applying to hundreds of roles and not hearing back, get Positioning Studio. If you're doing both, bundle them for a seamless experience at a better price.

How much time does this take?+

Each day gives you one clear goal sized to your interview date. Most days are a focused block of questions rather than an open-ended study session, and anything you answer anywhere counts toward it.

Can I try it before creating an account?+

Yes. Free Guided Practice gives you three real questions with every framework, all the AI help, and the same coaching the studio uses — no account and no credit card. Everything beyond those three questions — questions built from your own resume and job description, simulations, plans and your Story Bank — comes with an account.
